I didn't even notice that I'd gotten such a clear shot of the gate sign o_0 If I'd been trying for it, it never would've worked...
The dividers are from AroundTheSims2's Indus bathroom. They're quite literally decorative only - sims walk right through them. They have 11 more colors, including a nice diamondplate.
And on the chance you mean the square-holed dividers, that's Aviolina's Silent Hill fencing & gate. They should be fairly early in her GoS post (sorry I can't be more accurate.)
