Angelique is such a fun series, one of the original Blue Bishounen Ghettos. Arios' backstory even sounds like it would fit - He is a prince who was denied the throne because his mother was a commoner. He then gathered a force of other dissatisfied subjects to rebel against his...uncle. After being a villain (though admittedly he was a Well-Intentioned Extremist) in his first appearance and mind-controlled into being one for his second, he later repented and by the end of the series become a mercenary for hire. And well... look, leather and feather motif!
The rest of the guys in the series span pretty much every other fetish type. See here and here and I assure you that everyone in both of those pictures is male. If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them as your local Angelique Evangelist.
ETA: Oh, and the guy with the tie in the first of those two pictures? Played by Morikawa. *wink*
