Like the label says, I opened BodyShop last night to make the last... *counts on fingers*... seven FF7 sims I had on my list. Yes, there's a list, including notes of whom is shacking up with whom. Anyway. This is the first time in ages I've had to make girls - as opposed to pressing "randomize" and just adjusting a little until I like them - and I discovered that I don't have nearly as much makeup for females as I do for males. That's... odd. But there will be four- no, eight! - non-Maxis girls in the neighborhood. That's phenominal for my game.

Lazard

I'd love to retexture his hair mesh, but the UV mapping makes it a pain in the butt. I may try again, though, unless I find a better mesh somewhere.

Elena

Might be parted on the wrong side, but I totally lucked out by having this hair already. I don't even remember downloading it.

Cissnei

There's only so round you can get a sim's face in BodyShop, unless you want your sim having a giraffe's neck. I do not, so this is as close as I could get. The hair's pretty similar, but I'll definitely be looking out for a better one.

Tseng

Strangely, I think he's my favorite from the batch. I know I downloaded a face mask with his dot, but it isn't showing up in the catalog. So, I'll just have to make one before I put him in-game.

Tifa

Tifa is hard as hell to sim, for some reason. Her nose gave me hell, mostly, and I think I sloped her eyes the wrong way (which fortunately is easy to fix.) She's lucky I like her, or I might've decided the neighborhood didn't need one.

Aerith

The biggest problem - literally, I suppose - is her forehead, but it's unfortunately due to the hair mesh. I could make her forehead shorter, but it would again result in the aforementioned giraffe neck, and her neck's already too long. That hair is another that's a pain to retexture, which sucks because it badly needs it.

Reeve

It really pisses me off that there's nothing I can do to raise the widow's peak mask any higher. He'd probably do better with the same hair mesh I used on Lazard, but at the time I downloaded it, I only took the blond recolor; I intended to make my own natural spectrum out of Nouk textures, not realizing how difficult that would be. I need to edit his beard, too, but that's something I've done before.

I have other people's sims for Cloud, Yuffie, Marlene, Cait Sith, and Hojo ready to be added in, which is good because I think the person who made Yuffie did an adorable job on her. Guess that means I still need a Denzel, but we'll see.
